3. Connect the suction line and the pressure line.

Only connect components to the pump that are designed
for the pneumatic data of the pump (see Chapter 5 Tech-
nical data).

When using as a vacuum pump: Safely drain the pump
discharge at the pneumatic outlet of the pump.
4. Lay the suction line and the pressure line at a downward
angle to prevent condensate from running into the pump.

5. Plug the appropriate plug insert into the power supply.
Set up, installation and connection
Self-sealing NPT threads are located
on the pump. When tightening the ac-
cessories, do not tighten them all the
way in order to avoid damaging the
threads and the pump.
Hose radii selected too small can affect
the stability of the pump.
Secure the pressure-side connections
with a fastener (e.g., hose/pipe clamp)
to prevent the hoses from slipping
down from the connection.
