Setting the flow rate
The pump speed can be varied with the rotary/push knob.
The flow rate can be set in this way (see Fig. 6).

The speed setting of the rotary/push knob is retained
when the pump is switched off.
Switching off/decommissioning pump

When transferring aggressive media, flush the pump be-
fore switching off to extend the service life of the di-
aphragm (see Chapter 10 Servicing).

Switch off the pump with the rotary/push knob (see Fig.
5).
à
If possible, establish normal atmospheric pressure (relieve
pump pneumatically to extend the service life of the
pump).
à
Pull the plug of the power supply of the pump from the
grounded socket.
WARNING
Automatic restart after interruption of
the power supply
If the power supply is interrupted, the
pump automatically restarts.
à
Take appropriate measures if
necessary.
