SERIE CX

1. FEATURES

CX series horizontal stainless steel single-stage centrifugal pump: axial inlet and radial outlet.
Motor drawn out from pump design is easy to disassemble the motor and impeller without disas-
sembling the pump casing and pipe line.
- Max operation pressure is 1.0MPa(10bar).
- Wet end is all made of SUS304 material.SUS316 material is on request.
- Standard mechanical seal is Carbon / Ceramic /NBR, other mechanical seal is on request. Me-
chanical seal is not suitable for liquid with solid particles.
- CX pump attached with long shaft electric motor.
It is totally enclosed, fan-cooled motor.
- CX pump adopt advanced manufacture technic as stainless steel by cold pressing, hydroforming,
welding and etc. It is the innovated new structure centrifugal pump. It can replace the traditional IS
pumps and general corrosion-resistance pumps.
It has the following features:
- Adopt new manufacture technic as hydroforming, with compact construction.
- A volute fl uid-fl ow design to achieve more effi ciency.
- Wet end (pump body, pump cover, impeller ) is made of SUS304 material.
- Square motor design, optimization appearance.
- Portable structure, suitable for slightly corrosive liquid, and durable.
- Mechanical shaft seal, security and not easy to leak.
- Connection type: Standard DIN fl ange connection.
2. APLICATION
CX pump is a kind of multifunctional product with a wide range of application. It could be used to
convey various medium including water, industrial liquid with different fl ow rate and pressure.
- Water supply: water transport in waterworks, boosting of main pipeline.
- Industrial boosting: process water system, cleaning system, wine-brewing and food system.
- ndustrial liquid transfer: boiler feed, cooling and airconditioning system, condensate system,
weak acids and weak alkali.
- Water treatment: water transfer, swimming pool system.
- Farmland irrigation, medical and health, petrochemical, aquafarming, etc.

3. PUMP SELECTION

1) Pump specifi cation:
Pump selection should be based on:
- Required fl ow and pressure at the permissible working range.
- Pressure loss as a result of height differences.
- Loss in connection should consider the loss of long pipes, bends or valves, etc.
- Best effi ciency point should at the estimated duty point.
2) Pump effi ciency:
If the pump expected to operate at the same duty point, then select a pump which is operating
at a duty point with the best effi ciency of the pump.
If want to control the operation and the consumption, then select a pump that the best effi ciency
point should fall to the rated range that could meet the maximum power consumption.
