7. CURVES RESOURCE
Guidelines below apply to the curves shown on the following pages:
1. Curve tolerance to ISO9906, thick lines is recommended using range, beyond the curve will be
the risk of overload.
2. All curves are based on the motor speed of 2900r/min.
3. Measurements have been made with airless and without solid particles water at a temperature
of 20ºC.
4. Due to the risk of overheating, the pumps should not be used at a fl ow 10% below the fl ow at
the best effi ciency point.
5. When pumping liquids with a density or viscosity higher than that of water, oversized motors
must be used.
6. NPSH: The curve shows the average value under the same conditions of performance curve.
When select the pump should plus 1 meter at least 0.5 meter safety margin.
