Instructions pertain to both wire-grid adjustable base and covered panel adjustable base.
STEP 1
Place shipping carton on flat surface. Remove top section
of shipping carton and packing material holding base in
place. Carefully, lift adjustable base out of shipping carton
and place on clean surface (FIGURE 1).
NOTE: ALLOW FOR ENOUGH SPACE TO UNFOLD BASE
IN SETUP AREA.
STEP 2
Remove (2) captive pins, then remove
(2) hinge bolts (both sides of base)
(FIGURE 2).
NOTE: FACTORY INSTALLED CAPTIVE
PINS ARE ATTACHED TO FRAME
BY PLASTIC STRAPS TO PREVENT
CAPTIVE PIN LOSS.
