Hood Switch Harness Installation
1. Routing of the hood switch harness
a. From the engine bay, route the hood switch harness
connector underneath the upper radiator support.
b. Connect the hood switch harness to the bottom of
the hood switch.
c. Route the Purple/White wire of the hood
switch harness along the top of the upper radiator
support towards the TIPM. Secure with (6) wire
ties along the front and (1) wire tie next to the
battery.
d. Route the ground wire of the hood switch
harness towards the PCM, mounted on the pas-
senger side fender. Secure the ground wire to
factory harness with (2) wire ties along the front
and (1) wire tie on the side, near the PCM.
