2. Filter replacement

•
Please ensure the product is switched-off and unplugged before proceeding.
• Disconnect the power cable from the device.
•
Open the backside grid by pulling it out slightly and then lifting it up in order to
take it out completely.
• Rotate the 2 dark grey fixtures by 90 degrees in the direction indicated by the
arrows.
• Take out the filter set using the handle.
•
Take out the pre-filter carefully using the 2 plastic
•
Take the HEPA filter and Activated Carbon filter out of the filter set frame and
replace them with the new filters.
•
Return the pre-filter by inserting the slats into the filter frame. The 2 plastic tabs
shall face outwards.
•
Install the filter set back into the

Long press the button "Reset" while the device is turned on. The button is located

Malfunctions and solutions
