21. Do not block the ventilation openings in the housing during operation.
22. Do not immerse the clipper drive in water or wash it under running water.
23. Do not wash food contact parts mounted on the food processor (7).
24. Do not use aggressive detergents to clean the housing, as they may be the reason for
the removal of informative graphic symbols such as: scales, markings, warning signs, etc.
25. Do not wash metal parts in dishwashers. Aggressive cleaners used in these devices
blacken these parts. Wash them by hand using traditional dishwashing liquids. Use a soft
brush.
26. Do not grind dry poppy seeds. Before grinding, the poppy seed must be scalded and
soaked beforehand.

WARNING!
Always disconnect the device from the power supply during assembly, disassembly, cleaning and when unattended.
The device has a sharp knife, be very careful when washing, assembling and disassembling in order to do not hurt yourself.
Potential injury can occur if you use it incorrectly, always use the pusher, never push the food with your finger.
PREPARING THE MEAT MACHINE FOR OPERATION
Grinding assembly (figure 3)
To assemble the grinding chamber (3), insert in it one by one:
- the snail (8) inside
- put the knife (10) on the auger rod with the blades towards the strainer
- put the knife (10) with the blades towards the sieve (11) on the snail stem (8)
- then put one of the sieves (11) so that the projection of the chamber enters the groove on the perimeter of the sieve (11)
- slightly tighten all elements with the nut (12)
MEAT MINCER PREPARATION
Make sure that the device is disconnected from the power supply during assembly.
1. Place the housing (1) on an even, hard surface so as not to cover the ventilation openings near the power socket.
2. Before use, wash the grinding chamber (3) with all its components, the tray (4) and the pusher (5).
3. Check whether the grinding chamber (3) is complete, if not, assemble all its components according to figure 3.
4. Place the assembled grinding assembly in the drive so that the clutch (9) is in the drive head (7). Press the grinding assembly and
turn it counterclockwise to the vertical position. An audible click on the lock indicates a secure attachment. Tighten the nut (12) on the
grinding chamber (3).
5. Place the tray (4) on top of the grinding chamber.
MEAT MINCER OPERATING
1. Turn the device on by pressing the upper part of the button (2) into position 2b.
2. Insert previously prepared products into the grinding chamber (3), pushing them with the pusher (5).
3. Turn the device off by pressing the button (2) into position 2a.
4. By pressing the lower part of the button (2) to position 2c you will start the REWERS mode - changing the rotation direction of the
snail (8). Use this mode when the snail (8) is immobilized by inadvertently grinding meat with pieces of bone.
BUTCHER ATTACHMENT
The attachment (14) is used for home-made sausages.
1. Assemble the set as in figure 4.
2. Soak the previously prepared casings from the intestine in warm water about 30 minutes before filling.
3. Apply wet casings from the intestine on the butcher's attachment, while filling gently slide off the attachment and wrap to the desired
length.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Make sure that the device is disconnected from the power supply during cleaning and maintenance.
1. Do not immerse the houisng of the device (1) in water or other liquids.
2. Do not use strong detergents in the form of emulsions, lotions, pastes, etc. to clean the device housing.
3. Use a soft brush to clean the metal parts of the device.
4. Do not wash metal parts in dishwashers. Strong cleaning agents used in these devices may cause blackening of the above parts.
They should be washed by hand using traditional dishwashing liquids.
5. Do not wash the parts intended to be in contact with food mounted on the drive head(7).
