Filling the boiler tank before use
* Unscrew the safety cap (N), and use the funnel (2) provided to add two measures
(1) of water to the tank (M) (Fig. 1).
* Screw on the safety cap (N).
* Fit the required tool (see the "ATTACHMENTS" paragraph) to the gun (C), inserting
it until it locks and pressing the apposite upper locking/unlocking device on the
gun (Fig. 2) at the same time.
Switching on
* Plug the appliance into a mains socket and press the on/off switch (L) (Fig. 3).
* After a few minutes, the white light (I) will switch off to show that the steam is
ready, meaning that the tank is pressurised and that the appliance is ready to dis-
pense steam.
Operation
* The steam ready light (I) will switch on and off during operation to show that the
appliance has reached working pressure.
* To keep open the steam dispenser, with the trigger pressed, move the cursor (B)
from right to left. To unlock, move the cursor (B) from left to right (Fig. 4).
* To dispense steam, press the button (A) on the gun (C).
* When using for the first time, it is a good idea to spray the steam jet into a contain-
er to get rid of any water residues that might be inside the tube (any water coming
out is because of the condensed steam inside the tube). This action needs to be
repeated even after a few minutes of appliance inactivity. In any case, when the
gun begins to dispense steam, always point the jet downwards to the ground.
*IMPORTANT*
When the Eurosteam® XVapor 1500 is not in use ALWAYS
lock the steam dispenser button with the switch (B)
*TIP: Fill with city tap water, spring water or bottled water. Do not use well water.*
