8. Cleaning and Care
Before cleaning, please disconnect the power cord and allow the appliance to cool
down completely. Clean the cooking vessel (9), lid (1), measuring cup (10) and the
rice spoon (11) in warm water. Do not use any strong or aggressive cleaning agents
or scouring agents. It is also important to clean the air outlet and the inner lid
regularly (see photo on the left). To clean the air outlet, grasp under the protruding
edge of the air outlet and pull it out of the lid (1) . Now open the lid (1) and remove
the inner lid (see photo on the right) by pulling it down. When mounting the inner
lid, make sure that one side has a slightly higher gasket.
