PROBABLE CAUSE
Gas valve may be OFF
Tank fuel empty
Opening blocked
Air in supply system
Loose connection
Low gas pressure
Debris around pilot
Loose connection
Thermocouple bad
Gas leak in line
Lack of fuel pressure
Pressure is low
Opening blocked
Control not ON
Thermocouple bad
Pilot light assembly bent
Not in correct location
Supply hose is bent or twisted
Low gas pressure
Base is not on a level surface
Blockage in burner
Dirt or film on reflector and flame screen

Turn the gas valve ON
Refill LPG tank
Clean or replace opening
Purge air from lines by pressing the
control knob until you smell gas
Check all fittings
Replace cylinder with a new cylinder
Clean dirty area
Tighten connections
Replace thermocouple
Check connections
Tank near empty. Refill or replace LPG
tank
Tank near empty. Refill or replace LPG
tank

Remove and clean
Turn valve to ON
Replace thermocouple
Place pilot properly
Position properly and retry
Straighten hose and perform leak test
on hose
Replace cylinder with a new cylinder
Place heater on a level surface
Turn off the heater and let it cool.
Remove blockage and clear burner
inside and outside
Clean reflector and flame screen
