Remove the 6 pin plug if not necessary, by following the instructions indicated at page 3.

GAS TRAIN ASSEMBLY

The gas trains must be installed on the left side of the burner: in case of assembly on the right side,
it is necessary to remove the pressure test point on the other side (2).
For the MB DLE 403 B01 type, it is necessary to remove the gas pressure switch (8).
It can be necessary to insert an adapter between the gas train and the burner, if the gas train diameters
are different from the burner diameter.
The connection between the gas supply line and the gas train is made by using the flange (1), supplied
with the gas train and by fixing it to the assembly with nuts (3).
It is best to tighten screws in a crisscross pattern.
Do not, under any circumstances, install the valve with the coil facing down. Once installation is complete,
you must check for leaks and make sure the gas train is working properly.
PRESSURE STABILIZER ADJUSTMENT (4)
Set the pressure regulator by turning the screw with a suitable screwdriver: turning clockwise increases
pressure delivery, whilst turning anticlockwise decreases pressure.
Once you reach the desired nominal pressure value, close the cap and seal the ends of the wire with lead,
leaving the loop passing through the holes short.
VALVE ADJUSTMENTS
The slow ignition output (initial opening phase of the valve) is adjusted after unscrewing the cover (5)
and rotating the screw below in the direction + / –.
By upturning the cover (5) it can be used as a tool for this adjustment.
The output is reached progressively, starting from the ignition stage which is limited by the operation of
the hydraulic brake; the running output can be adjusted by rotating the rug nut (6) + / –, after loosening
the unsealed screw (7).
OUTPUT OPTIMISATION
It is possible to have the optimum working of the Multibloc gas train by operating on the valve opening
first and then adjusting the pressure stabiliser in order to have the required output.
If this situation is not reached, repeat the above indicated operations.
