Front wheel
After getting to the tilling site, move the front wheel to the raised
position before tilling. Always stop the engine before lowering or
raising the wheel.
To raise or lower the wheel, pull out the wheel assembly, move the
wheel, then release the wheel assembly.
NOTE:
Hold the handlebar with your right hand and pull out the edge of front
wheel with your left hand.
