Turn the interior rotating ring to set the current time to the area of the world
map drawn on the dial. In the figure on the below, the time in Japan is 10:08,
so set the rotation indicator ring "10" to Japan on the world map drawn on
the dial. For times in other cities, look at the numbers on the corresponding
indicator ring. For example, around London is about 1 a.m..
