AC ADAPTER:
Battery Installation (for use in Portable Mode)
(4 AAA alkaline batteries required – not included)
• Locate Battery Compartment Door cover on back Receiver.
Using Phillips head screwdriver, remove screw to take off
Battery Compartment Door. Snap 4 AAA alkaline batteries
onto the battery clip, and return to battery compartment.
See Figure A.
• Replace Battery Compartment Door and secure with
Phillips screwdriver, taking care not to over tighten.

The AC Adapters are a low voltage power source that allows you to operate your 900 MHz Sound
& Sight Television Monitor on your household electricity. The separate AC Adapters connect to the
AC Adapter Jacks in the Camera and Receiver. All three adapters plug into standard 110 volt
electrical outlets in your home.
CAUTION: These adapters were designed for the Safety 1st 900
MHz Sound & Sight Television Monitor. They cannot be used
with any other appliance. Never use a different type of adapter
with this monitor.
WARNING: NEVER touch the end of the adapter cord when the
adapter is plugged into an electrical outlet.
