If the centre of gravity lies off-centre, the weight
distribution changes.
The centre of gravity of the same load (6000 kg) is
offset by about 500 mm toward trolley cassette (1).
This increases the effective load to 4800 kg.
The steering gear (2) bears a load of 900 kg and
trolley cassette (3) a weight of 300 kg. The permis-
sible load of the trolley cassettes of the ideal case is
exceeded by more than a factor of 3.
The JFB 12 K is used as a suitable trolley with a
permissible load of 6000 kg per trolley cassette (safety
factor 1.25).

5.3.1 Trolley clearance
WARNING
It must be possible for the entire load to be supported
by two trolleys / individual trolley cassettes. Pay
attention to the use of suitable trolleys. Otherwise
injuries may occur.
WARNING
It is not permissible to move the trolleys over a ramp or
something similar. Due to unevenness of the floor, the
floor contact to the steering gear and trolley is interrup-
ted and the load can no longer be safely moved. There
is a danger of injury.
The trolleys must be set up on an even, clean,
horizontal, slip-proof floor with a sufficient load-bearing
capacity. There is a maximum floor clearance of 30 mm
due to the construction.
