Module Management System (MMS)

The MMS contains a range of circuitry required for correct operation of the ZBM (such as the self- maintenance
cycle and connections to the external system), as well as enabling communications to the ZBM via MODBUS.
Directions for how to interface with the ZBMs communications protocol is given in the ZBM Installation and
Operation Manual.
2.3.

Analog Loom

The IP67-rated waterproof Analog Loom with 12-pin UT connector contains temperature and leak sensors to
aid with the ZBMs internal diagnostics. The Analog Loom is shown in Figure 2 below.
2.4.

Power Cables

The ZBM includes three Power Cables with 5- or 3-pin UT connectors that provide auxiliary DC power to the
ZBMs zinc pump, bromine pump and cooling fan.
