Starting the Test Kit
2 When the test kit is subsequently used, start up the test kit in the normal way.

4.1 Starting and Venting the Test Kit for the First Time

These steps must be completed each time following disassembly of the refer-
ence device.
1 Fill the supply tank 2/3 full with hydraulic fluid.
2 Turn the pressure release valve counterclockwise to open the pressure release
valve.
3 Screw the ServiceJunior 2 revolutions in the ServiceJunior connection but do not
tighten it.
4 Press the hand grips together as often as necessary until the hydraulic fluid escapes
at the ServiceJunior connection.
Ä The test kit piston system is vented.
5 Tighten the ServiceJunior at its maximum torque of 25 Nm.
