Operating instructions
- Do not clean any surfaces that may contain
hazardous materials, such as asbestos.
C- Water
- If necessary, clean the supply water with a water
filter. Any impurities in the water could damage
the pump. In this case, cleaning the supply water
through a filter placed at the water supply tap is
recommended.
- Operating the high-pressure cleaner without water
will damage the pump.
- Prior to start up, ensure that water is available at the
water supply tap.
D- Cleaning Method with detergent
Very Important: Detergent may only be dispensed
when the lance pressure regulation device is set to low
pressure Example. See the following sketch.
1. Use a very fluent liquid detergent or else,
thoroughly dilute the detergent with water in the
same detergent tank incorporated on the machine.
If a highly viscous detergent is used, the machine
will not be able to suck the detergent from the tank
and will throw only water.
2. Spray the detergent sparingly on to the dry surface.
Allow it to act for some time (1-3 min) without
letting the detergent dry.
3. Rinse off the loosened dirt with the high-pressure
jet.
E- Draining method
After using the machine, always drain the circuit
completely; How?
1. Switch off the main switch.
2. Close the water supply tap.
3. Pull the trigger of the gun (8) and wait until no
water comes out of the lance or gun.
F- Water Loss
It is normal for the pump to lose small quantities of
water. In case the leak is significant, please contact
our service department.
G- Protection against Damage
Please do not underestimate the pressure produced
by the high-pressure cleaner. If sensitive surfaces
are to be cleaned, it is better to use the fan jet.
(See "Adjustment of the Spray Jet" in section
"Operation"). In the case of isolated paints or facades,
start cleaning the surface from a fair distance, come
closer slowly – as a function of the degree of soiling
–to the object to be cleaned. Check the progress
of your work at short intervals in order to prevent
damage.
Note: ¡Never point the high-pressure jet at other
people, animals, the device itself or electric
equipment!
Operation
A- Connection and purge prior to start up
1. Use a hose to connect
the water connection
(3) to the water supply.
The water connection is
provided with a filter, its
use being essential.
2. Open the water supply
tap and check for leaks. A
small water leak through the pump is normal.
3. Insert the mains plug (9).
4. Turn the main switch (1) on to start up the
machine.
5. Without connecting the short high pressure hose
(connected to the high pressure connection (2)),
leave the machine running for approximately 30
seconds, until the water coming out of the high
pressure connection (2) no longer contains any
air.
