Handling Framework; Installation/Replacement Of The Lower Hook - Tractel pal-turn Modo De Empleo

The handling framework, option, allow a secured transportation of the pal-turn™ using a fork lift truck.
Installation and handling of the turning over device of the framework
Remove the shackle and the chain
§
Lay down the body of the pal-turn™ on the framework: the turning over bar must correctly
§
rest on the laying down space.
§ Re-install the chain and shackle
§ Insert the forks in the framework.
Transport with caution the pal-turn™ before lowering in a safe position.
§
§ Detach the pal-turn™ and remove it from the framework before use.
Warning: never use the pal-turn

INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT OF THE LOWER HOOK

A lower hook can be installed at any time on pal-turn™ (except single-strap load turners).
Assembling of the hook:
§ Raise the pal-turn™, so that the lower part is
accessible.
§ Present the hook inside the body and fix it with the
provided screws, washers and nuts. Do not lock the
nuts. After nuts tightening, the body must slightly
oscillate.
Assemble the hook using the screw, washer and nut.
§
After nuts tightening, the hook rotation should be
free.
