CONSIDERATIONS GENERALES : Le compteur de debit d'huile
electronique en ligne modele LCGA9000 est con9u specialement pour Ia
distribution des huiles moteur (SAE 5 a 50), des huiles pour engrenages
(SAE 80 a 240) et du fluide pour transmissions automatiques. Sa
conception modulaire, son cout modique, sa legerete et sa robustesse
font de ce dispositif de distribution de fluide en ligne le meilleur choix
disponible.
MODE D'EMPLOI : Le liquide entrant par !'orifice d'admission et passant
dans I' enceinte de comptage force Ia rotation des engrenages internes et
ressort par !'orifice de sortie. Chaque rotation de l'engrenage correspond
au deplacement d'un volume donne de liquide. Les tolerances strictes
entre les engrenages et Ia paroi de I' enceinte assurent un minimum
de fuites. Au cours de Ia rotation des engrenages, un aimant a chaque
extremite active le microprocesseur dans le registre. La depression du
bouton de reinitialisation (RESET) avant chaque utilisation permet de
remettre le totalisateur a zero. La depression du levier de Ia poignee
permet Ia distribution du liquide.
NOTA.- II faut ouvrir Ia buse manuelle avant de pouvoir distribuer l'huile ;
apres usage, Ia buse doit etre refermee. On peut verifier
periodiquement Ia quantite totale de liquide distribuee en appuyant sur le
bouton de totalisation (TOTAL). Si l'unite uti Iisee est Ia pinte, le quart ou
le gallon, le totalisateur presente le total en gallons. Si l'unite utilisee est
le litre, le totalisateur presente le total en litres.
PROGRAMMATION

TOTAL BUTION
a) When depressed in normal operation the total display will cycle
between the non-resettable totalizer and the resettable totalizer.
b) When depressed in programming mode, it will allow you to select the
flashing item on the display.
RESET BUTION
a) When depressed momentarily in normal operation,
it will clear the display.
b) When depressed in programming mode, it will change any flashing
object on the display.
TO CHANGE UNIT OF MEASURE
a) Press the TOTAL button three times followed by the RESET button
three times in a time frame of under 2 seconds. The active unit of
measure symbol will flash when you have entered programming mode.
b) Toggle the RESET button until desired unit of measure appears
flashing on the display.
c) When finished press and hold the RESET and TOTAL buttons
simultaneously for 3 seconds to exit programming mode.
The display will flash three times and then go blank to indicate the chang-
es have been saved. Push the Reset button to turn the display back on.
NOTE: Changing any unit of measure will reset the non-resettable and
resettable totalizers.
RECALIBRATION

LCG90112
TO RECALIBRATE:
Example:
• Meter delivers 4.20 quarts.
• Display shows only 4.00 quarts dispensed
• 4.2 (qty. delivered) divided by
4.0 (qty. displayed) = 1.05 (error factor)
A. Display existing meter correction factor by depressing and holding
both the total and reset buttons. Example: 3.4621 (Make a note of this
number.)
B. Calculate a new meter correction factor: 3.4621 (existing meter
correction factor) x 1.05 (calculated error factor) = 3.6352 (new meter
correction factor).
C. Press TOTAL button three times followed by the RESET button three
times in a time frame of under 2 seconds. The active unit of measure
symbol will flash when you have entered programming mode.
D. Display will show existing meter correction factor, and programmed unit
of measure symbol will be flashing.
E. Toggle total button until leftmost correction factor digit that you wish to
change begins to flash.
F. Toggle reset button until desired digit (3) appears.
G. Toggle total button until the next digit you wish to change begins to
flash.
H. Toggle reset button until the desired digit (6) appears.
I. Toggle total button until the next digit you wish to change appears.
J. Toggle reset button until the desired digit (3) appears.
K. Toggle total button until the next digit you wish to change begins to
flash.
L. Toggle reset button until the desired digit (5) appears.
M. Toggle total button until the next digit you wish to change begins to
flash.
N. Toggle reset button until the desired digit (2) appears.
O. Continue this process until the correction factor has been entered.
When finished press and hold the RESET then press and hold the TOTAL
button for 3 seconds to exit programming mode. Push the Reset button to
turn the display back on.
The display will flash three times and then go blank to indicate the
changes have been saved.
RECALIBRADO
El modelo LCGA9000 como se instaló en las pistolas de control de aceite
en línea modelos LCG90111 o LCG90112.

PARA RECALIBRAR:
Ejemplo:
• El dosifi cador dosifi ca 4.20 cuartos.
• La pantalla refl eja solamente haber dosifi cado 4.00 cuartos.
• 4.2 cuartos (la cantidad dosifi cada) dividida entre 4.0 (la canti
dad en la pantalla) = 1.05 (factor de error).
NOTA: Durante la calibración en la fábrica, el factor de corrección original
en el dosifi cador se anota en la parte superior de la carcasa del dosifi
cador. Éste pudo haber sido rectifi cado después de instalarse en sus
instalaciones. Use el factor de corrección que aparece en la pantalla.
A. Refl eje en la pantalla el factor de corrección existente del
dosifi cador presionando y manteniendo presionados los
botones TOTAL y RESET. Ejemplo: 3.4621 (tome nota de este
número.)
B. Calcule un factor de corrección nuevo para el dosifi cador.
3.4621 (factor de corrección existente en el dosifi cador) x 1.05
(factor calculado de error) = 3.6352 (nuevo factor de corrección
del dosifi cador).
