TOP PANEL
12.PITCH ON/OFF BUTTON. This button is used to turn the PITCH SLIDER function
on and off.
13.KEY LOCK BUTTON. This button is used to switch the KEY LOCK function on/off.
This function allows you to use the PITCH SLIDER to speed up or slow down
playback speed without altering the tonal pitch of the track. When this function is not
engaged the original tonal pitch of the track will be altered giving you the "chipmunk"
effect when a track is played at a high rate of speed or the "James Earl Jones" effect
when a track is slowed too much. To turn the KEY LOCK function off press this button
again.
14.PITCH RANGE SELECTOR. Press this button to choose any pitch range percentages
of 4%, 8%, 16% and 100%. The default setting is 8%.
15.LCD DISPLAY. This high quality LCD display indicates all the functions, as they are
occurring. This display is viewable at several comfortable angles.
16.FOLDER KNOB. This knob is used to search through the folders on MP3 disc. Also,
when you press the knob it will show folder name of the current song playing out of the
Player.
17.AUTO BPM BUTTON. To change the auto / manual BPM mode.
18.TAP BUTTON. The TAP button is used for manual BPM. Press the TAP button to
active Manual BPM mode. This feature lets you count the BPMs of the current playing
track. Click the TAP button to count the BPM of the current track.
NOTE: If you leave the adjusted BPM count as is, it will carry over to the next song.
19. SCRATCH BUTTON. This button is used to activate the scratch effect by touching
the surface of jog wheel.
20. ECHO BUTTON. This button is used to activate and deactivate the ECHO effect.
21.FLANGER BUTTON. This button is used to activate and deactivate the FLANGER
effect.
22.FILTER. This button is used to activate and deactivate the FILTER effect.
23.VINYL BUTTON. This button is used to adjust the START/ STOP speed. When
VINYL is on, you can press the X button and use the Jog Wheel to adjust the START
speed of playback; press the Y button and use the Jog Wheel to adjust the STOP speed.
24.X PARAMETER BUTTON. Press X button and LED on, you can turn the jog wheel to
adjust effect time(X) Parameter.
25. Y PARAMETER BUTTON Press Y button and LED on, you can turn the jog wheel to
adjust effect ratio(Y) Parameter.
26. HOLD BUTTON. This button allows you to set and lock any new parameters you set
to the effects. This button will glow when the hold function is activated. If the hold
function is not selected any changes to the effect parameters will be momentary.
27. CUE PLAY BUTTON. Pressing the button will activate the CUE PLAY function and
the music will play instantly from the last cue point. Tapping this button rapidly can
create a sound similar to a CD skipping.
28.MEMORY BUTTON. Press the MEMO button to select memory mode.
To store Hot Cue or Cue on the fly: With the button MEMO selected, press any of 4
banks of memory that is available (1, 2, 3, 4) to save a real-time cue.

CONTROLS AND FUCTIONS
29.TIME BUTTON. Use the Time button to change between three time modes:

To store Loops: First create a continuous loop with IN and OUT (See 12 on general
functions overview), while the loop is playing, press the memo button and then press
1,2,3,4 memory bank where you want to save the loop.
Note: It is important that the loop is playing because if it's inactive record a cue point.
You can store up to four loops or hot cues per song. The length of the stored music will
depend on the capacity of the memory bank.
We may also store the effects parameters and the last playback setting (Time, Single /
Continuous, pitch selection) by pressing the MEMORY button for at least 1 second.
The display will show "Saving ...". To recall the bank (BANK) and the effect
parameters is necessary to activate the memory mode before inserting the disc into the
player. The display will show "RECALL"
- Elapsed time: Elapsed time of a track (no separate indication on display).
- Remain time: Remaining time of a track.
- Total Remain time: Remaining time of entire CD.
