8. Do not attempt to repair this device yourself.
9. Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped or appears to be damaged.
10. Avoid doing the following: pull or hold the cable, use the cable as a handle, close the
cable door or pull the cable around sharp corners or edges. Do not operate the appliance
on the cord or if the cord / plug is wet.
11. Keep away from hot gases, hot ovens, electric burners or any other hot surface. Do not
use this appliance on a wet or hot surface or near a heat source.
12. It is best not to use an extension cord with this unit. However, if one is used, it must have
a rating equal to or higher than the rating of this device.
13. When disconnecting it, to avoid injury, unplug it by holding the plug, not the cord.
14. Before plugging or operating the appliance, make sure that your hands are dry and
safe to perform the actions.
15. When you are in "ON" or work position, always be on a stable surface, such as a table
or counter.
16. It is not necessary to use any lubricant, such as lubricating oils or water, in this applian-
ce.
17. Do not immerse any part of this appliance, power cord or plug in water or any other
liquid.
18. Do not use this appliance outdoors or on a wet surface, it is recommended for domes-
tic use, indoors only.
19. This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physi-
cal, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have
received supervision or instructions on the use of the device by a person responsible for
its use.
20. Children should be supervised to make sure they do not play with the appliance.
21. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.
