M Air T Calibration Kit User Guide
Check and Calibration,
7 . Start the Tester by pressing the Start/Delay twice in rapid succes-
sion. (Pressing the Start / Delay button once activates the count-
down function.)
8 . During suction, record the float height in mm displayed on the
front of the flowmeter float. Sampling takes place at two different
flow rates. Note the height during the first 500 liters (nominal flow
rate: 139.5 L/min), then during the last 500 liters (nominal flow
rate: 181.8 L/min).
NOTE: Take the reading on the top of the float. If the float oscil-
lates during the measurement, note the average height.
9. Convert each height (mm) into its equivalent volumetric flow rate.
To do so, use:
■ The equations provided in the following sections, or
■ The conversion tables supplied with the calibration certificate, or
■ The conversion software (supplied on request).
NOTE: This information is specific to the serial number of each
calibration kit.
