5.1. MAINS DIAGNOSIS - ERROR CODES.
LED SIGNAL Diagnosis Treatment
No OK!: Error code: the three LEDS light up at the same time.
When the equipment is connected (OFFON) it has been detected that the input voltage
is not within the operational working range.
Treatment Verify that the input voltage is within the margins;
Three-phase 400V: 360V-450V; Three-phase 230V: 185V-255V; Single-phase 230V:
185V-255V.
In single-phase installation, the Brown-Black cables must be connected. The Grey cable
must not be connected. If the Brown-Grey / Black-Grey one is connected, this error code
will be generated
OK!: LED 400V3ph on. Equipment connected to 400V three-phase network with power
supply voltages in operational range of 360V-450V.
No OK!: Error code: LED 400V-3 Ph blinking .
After correctly connecting the equipment to a 400V three-phase network, a phase fault
has occurred at a certain time or the input voltage is outside the range of 360V-450V.
Treatment. Test the input phases and make sure they are within the operational range.
Turn the equipment off and on and if the voltage is then correct, the equipment will work
OK.
OK!: LED 230V3ph on. Equipment connected to 230V three-phase network with power
supply voltages in operational range of 185V-255V.
No OK!: Error code: LED 230V-3 Ph blinking.
After correctly connecting the equipment to a 400V three-phase network, a phase fault
has occurred at a certain time or the input voltage is outside the range of 185V-255V.
Treatment Test the input phases and make sure they are within the operational range.
Turn the equipment off and on and if the voltage is then correct, the equipment will work
OK.
OK!: LED 230V 1ph on. Equipment connected to 230V single-phase network with power
supply voltages in operational range of 185V-255V. THE GREY POWER SUPPLY CABLE IS
NOT CONNECTED.
No OK!: Error code: LED 230V-3 Ph blinking.
After correctly connecting the equipment to a 230V single-phase network, at a certain
moment, the input voltage is outside the 185V-255v range.
Treatment Test the input phases and make sure they are within the operational range.
Turn the equipment off and on and if the voltage is then correct, the equipment will work
OK.
No OK!: Error code: LEDS 230V-3ph and 230V-1ph are lit up. Machine broken down.
The network configuration system does not work.
Treatment Repair equipment.
