Mark carrier with spring category as appropriate
and fit glide sock as shown.

Toe Spring location
in Foot Shell
Ensure toe spring's correct fit into location slot in
foot shell.

The shoe horn should be located approx. 30 mm
below top surface of foot shell to ensure full
engagement of heel spring.

Bond foam cosmesis to top surface of the foot
shell as shown using Thixofix adhesive (926204)
or equivalent and shape to suit.

Insert assembly into foot shell, push toe spring,
carrier and heel assembly forward in the foot
shell as far as possible.
10.
Slide a metal shoe horn between heel spring
and back of foot shell opening. Lever the spring
down into the foot shell while pushing the whole
assembly downwards.

Heel Spring location slot
Ensure heel spring's correct fit into location slot
in foot shell.
