11 GUARANTEE CONDITIONS

GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE

Thank you for choosing our Electric Servetto i3.
This equipment has been subjected to strict tests by the manufacturer, in accordance with the international standards.
We are therefore certain of its high quality. Should a malfunction occur, please contact the retailer who will then send the equipment to the
manufacturer, who will use original spare parts to repair the same.
IMPORTANT: Should any work need to be carried out, in order to for the
guarantee to be valid, this GUARANTEE certificate must be attached to the
Electric Servetto i3, together with the sales document (Receipt or Invoice), the
latter of which provides proof of the date of purchase.

GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
1. The equipment is guaranteed for a period of 24 months, starting from the date of purchase, which is proven by presenting this certificate
and the receipt (or equivalent document issued at the time of purchase which provides proof of this product's purchase date and the
retailer's name). If the valid documents are not provided as requested, the guarantee will become null and void and all repair costs must be
borne by the user. The manufacturer is not responsible for the loss of the certificate and cannot issue duplicates.
2. All parts that are found to be defective or damaged due to transportation, negligence, careless use, incorrect installation, maintenance
being performed by unauthorised personnel, the improper use of the equipment, the use of the equipment in a way that differs from the
one for which it was manufactured, the product being opened and any circumstances that, in any case, cannot be traced back to the
manufacturing defects of the equipment, are not covered by the guarantee. In any case, any removable components and accessories are
not covered by the guarantee, unless a manufacturing defect is found. Technical interventions concerning the installation and/or testing of
the equipment, as well as any parts subject to normal wear and tear, are also excluded from the warranty.
3. The manufacturer declines all responsibility for any damage that may result, either directly or indirectly, to persons, pets or property,
resulting from the failure to comply with the instructions indicated in the product's instruction booklet and above all, concerning the
warnings regarding installing, using and maintaining the product.
4. The product will be repaired by the manufacturer. The transport costs and risks to and from the manufacturer are to be borne by the
buyer.
5. After 24 months have elapsed from the date of purchase, the product will no longer be covered by the guarantee and any assistance will be
provided by charging the cost of the replaced parts, labour, transportation, personnel and materials, according to the manufacturer's
current rates. Any form of guarantee expires 3 years after the product has been removed from the official product list.
6. This guarantee is the only valid guarantee. Nobody is authorised, except for the manufacturer, to extend or modify the terms of the same,
and furthermore, issue other written or verbal guarantees. In any case, the replacement of the equipment is not covered by the guarantee
and the guarantee period will not be extended, should a fault be found.
7. The product must not be tampered with or modified.
8. The manufacturer reserves the right to alter product specifications without prior advice.
