Flushing with a new system

(to DIN 1988, part 2, paragraph 11.2 – see 2. Application)
1.
"Press on / off" program button. The compressor fills the pressure tank
automatically.

Function: Select the program "Water and air (pulsing)"
The installation should be rinsed after checking the seal of the water
mains, if possible. The construction manager or the designer should be
present during rinsing.

Pgram button "Water + Air (pulsing)".
When the installed stop valves are opened, the flow rate is displayed. In
the rinse compressor, compressed air blasts will be proportionally mixed
with the rinse water.

Read the volume flow in l/min. and compare it with the norm chart on
the front of the device.
If the volume flow for the corresponding pipe diameter is not reached, the speed must be
adjusted using a reservoir and a pump (at least 0.5 m/sec.).

6. The rinsing time depends on the length of the pipe and should be at least 15 sec. per
running metre. The rinsing time must be at least 2 minutes per tapping point.
7.
Rinsing should be done from bottom to top.
8.
Rinsing is done in strands, i.e., the strand located nearest the rinsing machine is the first to
be rinsed. The process continues until the farthest strand.
