General
The control unit for the radio/light flash control is fitted to the inner side
of the door leaf. Up to 5 light sensors can be fitted on the inner or outer
side of the door leaf. Corresponding light impulses from the vehicle's
headlamps are sent as radio signals to the door control receiver

Fitting
Exterior sensor
The exterior sensor (Figure 1/2) must be aligned to the height of the
vehicle headlamp's high-beam light cone: approx. 550-700 mm for
saloons, approx. 900 mm for lorries and approx. 250 mm for sports
cars. The sensor cable is guided towards the inside through a hole in
the door leaf (Figure 2 A). When selecting the position of the exterior
sensor, pay attention that there is enough space on the inner side of the
door to fit the control unit, which must be fitted directly nearby.
Interior sensor (not in scope of delivery)
If there is a glass pane in the door leaf at the appropriate height, the
interior sensor for incoming vehicles can be bonded at the appropriate
height on the interior of the pane using the provided adhesive pad
(Figure 2 B) (clean the bonding surface beforehand).
Otherwise, the interior sensor is used for outgoing vehicles by bonding
the back of it at the appropriate height on the interior of the door leaf
using the provided adhesive pad (2 C) (clean the bonding surface
beforehand).
Control unit
The control unit is screwed onto the inside of the door leaf with the
screwed cable connections facing downwards (Figure 3).
