To clean the rollers and before each use, pass a piece of pasta dough

through the accessory several times then discard it.
The adjustment wheel makes it possible to obtain a thin pasta dough.
•
Position 0 corresponds to the minimum gap and position 8 to the
maximum gap. To adjust the gap: pull the adjustment wheel, turn it to
the desired position and release it (it locks).
To flatten your pasta dough, we advise you to follow these steps:
•
1. Set the accessory to the maximum gap;
2. Cut the pasta dough into 3 or 4 pieces;
3. Flatten the pasta dough between your hands;
4. Pass it between the flattening rollers;
5. Then reduce the gap. Pass the pasta dough through it again;
6. Keep doing this until the desired pasta thickness is reached.
Remember to flour the pasta dough well before passing it through the
•
cutters to avoid the tagliatelle sticking together when cut.
Cleaning
Remove the pasta rolling mill accessory: press the release button.
•
Handle the accessory with care.
To facilitate cleaning, rinse the accessory quickly after use.
•
Wash the pasta rolling mill accessory with a soft sponge and hot water
•
with dishwashing liquid, rinse it with clean water and dry it thoroughly.
The pasta rolling mill accessory cannot be washed in the dishwasher.
•
If it is very dirty, please wait until the pasta dough dries out so that you
can peel it off more easily.
