5.6.1
HITCHING THE MACHINE TO THE
TRACTOR
DANGER
Danger of being crushed. Keep hands and feet away
from the blades and the machine.
CAUTION
The hitching and unhitching operations of the machi-
ne from the tractor must be carried out on stable and
horizontal ground.
During the hitching and unhitching operations, never
stand between the machine and the tractor.
CAUTION
Hitching a machine to a tractor means a different di-
stribution of weights on the axis. Check the stability of
the machine-tractor assembly. Observe the maximum
indicated weight on the tractor axles.
Hitch the machine to a tractor with appropriate HP.
Before hitching or unhitching the machine from the
three-point hitch, lock the control lever of the power-lift.
The class of the machine's coupling pins must corre-
spond to that of the power lift hitch.
