A malfunction may be due to a minor problem that you can solve yourself using the following
instructions. Before contacting the after-sales service centre of your dealer store, check the
following:
The vacuum cleaner does not charge:
•
The battery has been put in place incorrectly. Remove the battery and put it back in until
you hear the " click " of the lock.
•
The AC charger power cable is not plugged in. Plug the power supply into a power outlet.
•
The battery is defective. Contact your retailer's after-sales service centre.
•
The battery is at the end of its life. Please replace the battery.
•
The battery is too hot. Wait for the battery to cool down.
The suction power is weak or the vacuum does not suck:
•
The dust container is full: empty it.
•
The fi lters are dirty: clean them.
•
The suction inlet is obstructed. Remove the obstructions.
•
The motorized brush is obstructed. Disassemble and remove obstructions from the
motorized brush.
•
The accessories (metal tube, motorized brush, 3-in-1 accessory) are obstructed or have
been incorrectly assembled: unclog them or make sure they are assembled correctly.
The vacuum cleaner stops running after a short time:
•
It is not fully charged. Place the vacuum cleaner on the charging stand for about 4 hours
for a full charge. If you press the " Boost " button , the run time is reduced (12 minutes of
battery life if the battery is fully charged).
The roller of the motorized brush does not turn:
•
You have not put the roll back in place properly. Take out the roller and put it back correctly
in the notches provided.
•
The motorized brush is obstructed. Disassemble and remove obstructions.
•
One of the components of the motorized brush is broken. Contact your retailer's after-
sales service centre.

If the problem persists, contact the after-sales service centre of your dealer. Do not attempt
to repair yourself. Repairs to your appliance should only be performed by qualifi ed service
technicians. Improper repairs can lead to hazards for users and are not covered by the
warranty.
