NOTE: FOR CHAIRS WITH BACK LOCK, REFER TO BACK
LOCK REPLACEMENT SECTION TO REMOVE CABLE
ASSEMBLY.

For chairs with VBS, disconnect back lock
cable from chair control by pushing back on tab
with screwdriver.
4.
Remove screws from plate assembly. Lift entire
plate containing control assembly from chair.
5.
Realign screw holes on seat cushion and plate
assembly and replace screws. Replace cable,
cowls, base and arms in reverse order.
