DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Before use, carefully check that the cheese container (11), the hopper (5), and the
roller cover (1) are fitted correctly or the appliance will not start.
Cut cheese into small "cubes", remove the crust, and feed it into the hopper (5), then plug
the appliance into the mains. Lower the lever (9) Fig. B, with your right hand by exercising
a slight pressure and pressing the starter button (7) with your left hand. Follow the same
procedure to prepare grated bread. Dried fruit must be fed with no shell.
In order prevent injuries or damages to the appliance always keep your hands and
kitchen utensils away from moving parts.
