"ULTRA FAST" PROGRAM Recipes
This cycle, with hotter rise and bake temperatures, is convenient for baking a hot, fresh loaf of bread in 57 minutes for a 1.5 LB loaf or 1
hour and 13 minutes for a 2.0 LB loaf. Note that the water temperature must be 115º-125ºF/45º-51ºC and that Quick-Rise; Rapid Rise or
Bread Machine yeast must be used.
Press the MENU Button until  (Ultra Fast Bread) appears in the Display Window. Choose the CRUST COLOR and LOAF SIZE. Press
the START Button.
