Warnings:

The operating manual must be read before using the battery charger.
•
Battery acid is extremely caustic. Any acid spilt onto clothing should be washed off immediately with flowing water.
In the event of contact between acid and skin or eyes, rinse carefully under flowing water and consult a doctor.

The power supply to the battery charger should be interrupted prior to connecting or disconnecting the battery
charging terminals.
•
Never charge the battery close to a naked flame or equipment which can generate sparks. Potentially-explosive
gases may escape from the battery during charging. Effective ventilation should therefore be ensured when
charging the battery in enclosed rooms.
•
The battery charger should be positioned on a stable surface or mounted on the wall, and effective ventilation
should be ensured.
•
Instructions provided by the battery manufacturer should be carefully observed.
•
The battery charger should not be covered or exposed to direct sunlight.
•
The battery charger should only be used for the charging of rechargeable lead-acid batteries.
•
The battery charger should not be used if cable damage is detected.
•
Repairs to the battery charger should only be realised by an authorised workshop.
