Choisissez le RÉSERVOIR un emplacement qui soit horizontal, plan et inférieur au bac d'écoulement du condensât. La pompe peut-être
placée à l'intérieur du climatiseur, dans un compartiment de plafond ou un mur monté.

Les étiquettes de support sur le réservoir sont 17.5cm distants. Les fentes de support duelles tiennent compte du placement directionnel
multiple.

Reliez le DRAIN CONDENSAT, à l'aide de la tuyauterie flexible de 1.27cm ou de la pipe de PVC dans l'admission. Soyez sûr que la
tuyauterie ou la pipe avance au réservoir 1.27cm ou plus.

Le raccord de sortie au CLAPET DE REFOULEMENT peut être établi au moyen d'un tuyau en matière plastique de 9.5 mm maintenus par
un collier de serrage (non inclus); ou bien la partie barbue peut être coupée pour permettre l'utilisation de pièces filetées. Le filetage est de
.635 cm NPT. NE SERREZ PAS TROP.
NOTA : S'il s'avère nécessaire de changer le clapet de refoulement, Beckett met à votre disposition un Kit de remplacement de
clapet de refoulement (Réf. CX9059). Le Kit comprend toutes les instructions pour son montage.

Conduisez la TUYAUTERIE de DÉCHARGE vers le haut et loin à partir du dispositif climatique de climatisation. Limitez la taille
d'ascenseur à 1.2M et inclinez en bas, si possible, pour aider au drainage.

Les fils du COMMUTATEUR DE SECURITE doivent être branchés port un bon fonctionnement de la pompe. Mettant en œuvre ce
dispositif est susceptible de prévenir quelque dégât qui résulterait d'un débordement du condensât lors d'un blocage de débit ou d'une
panne de pompe. Les fils peuvent être soit connectée en cascade à un circuit de thermostat basse tension, de façon que le système de
chauffage et de climatisation soit arrêté dans le cas où le niveau de l'eau dans le réservoir de la pompe dépasserait la limite normale, si la
pompe échoue, soit connectés à un système d'alarme externe.
Le COMMUTATEUR DE SECURITE n'a pas inclus dans les modèles de CB121LSUL et CB122LSUL pour les applications qui
n'exigent pas le COMMUTATEUR DE SECURITE.

Dès que toutes les fixations et les raccords sont sûrs, branchez l'appareil sur une source d'électricité.
MISE EN GARDE!
N'employez jamais la pompe pour des liquides inflammables.
N'utilisez jamais la pompe dans un lieu où il y a risque d'explosion.
Ne courez pas sec.
Ne maniez pas l'appareil avec des mains mouillées, non plus si vous avez les pieds dans l'eau.
Ne le connectez pas à une source d'électricité de tension autre que celle indiquée sur plaque du fabricant.
Veuillez toujours débrancher l'appareil avant d'effectuer quelque réparation.
Branchez le disjoncteur de protection pour un bon fonctionnement de la pompe.
Pour l'usage d'intérieur seulement.

Remove the tubing connecting the drains to the pump and pour water slowly into the pump inlet.
The primary control float will rise until the micro switch turns the pump on.
The pump should run and water should flow from the tubing to the drain.
To test the safety control, temporarily stop the flow of the discharge line by sharply bending vinyl tubing.
Water level will rise beyond the high level of primary control float until the safety float switch breaks the "Y" thermostat circuit shutting
down the air conditioner condensing unit.
Unbend the tube and the pump will empty the tank.
Replace inlet line into pump inlet.
Turn off electrical power at the fuse box before making any line voltage connections.
The wiring must comply with local codes.
Use the National Electrical Code if local code is nonexistent.
All Beckett Pumps are carefully tested prior to shipment to ensure long, trouble-free service. However, if the pump is used in a dirty
environment or is pumping anything other than clear, condensate water, the tank should be removed and cleaned periodically with soap and
water. If the pump fails to run, please check the following:
PROBLEM
1)
Jammed primary control or safety
float rod.
2)
Plugged discharge tube.
3)
Floats not operating properly.
4)
Motor fails to run or runs
intermittently.
5)
Pump is not getting electrical power.
NOTE: Motor is protected by an automatic thermal overload. This may cause it to stop. Shut off power and allow 20 minutes for the motor to
cool before restarting. If the motor smells burned or scorched, replace.
The pump motor contains permanently lubricated bearings. Under normal operating conditions further lubrications is not necessary.
Always replace cover to keep electrical parts clear of dust and grime.
Call your Service Technician for conditions you cannot correct.
LINE VOLTAGE: If it is necessary to install a receptacle in the furnace/air conditioner area, connect only to a constant source of the
nameplate voltage. Be sure that you do not connect into a fan or limit control circuit.
LOW VOLTAGE: Connect the high-level safety switch leads to the thermostat control circuit of the air conditioner.

WARNING!
REMEDY
1)
Check for possible vertical interference (up and down movement). The lever on the switch
should freely rise and then "click" as the float is pushed all the way up. It should then freely
lower and "click" as the float is allowed to come all the way down.
2)
Examine the discharge tubing for any kinks or blockages. Also, be certain that the inlet tubing
or the pipe is not obstructed. Be sure the check-valve ball is operating freely.
3)
Clean the float rod and tank with detergent. Replace float if needed
4)
Check for blown fuse. Spin the fan by hand to be sure that the motor is free.
5)
Try another outlet to be sure.
