Inserting and removing the baking
mould and kneading/stirring hook
NOTE
►
When the term "baking mould" is
used in this user manual, it refers
to both the bread baking mould and
the cake baking mould. To improve
readability, the use of both forms
was deliberately avoided. A specific
baking mould is only stated when
only that type of is required.
Push the kneading/stirring hook onto
the drive spindle in the middle of the
baking mould base. Hook and pin
have flat surfaces and only fit together
when these surfaces are aligned. The
drive spindle is held by a wing nut on
the underside of the baking mould.
