TEST: Test, mapping and connection/short cable.
SCAN: Emit tone to fi nd cable.
OFF: Shut down

- Press the function button for 2 seconds, until the "VERIFY" LED stops fl ashing
and stays on. You can test open/shorted telecom cable.
- By connecting the alligators to the wire ends, you can test if the resistance is
high or low according to the brightness of the number '1' LED, brighter means
low resistance, otherwise, the resistance is high.

- Press the change function button briefl y to change the
speed from slow to fast scanning.
