13.- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. RESIDUAL RISKS.

Moving parts have been limited to avoid mechanical hazards. Fixed guards have been placed
around pieces where mechanical risks can be found, such as tank covers. Those guards should
never be removed from its original location, except for maintenance operations and under certain
conditions.
Noteworthy is that any work required on the part of the operator has been minimized during
the normal operating cycle of the machine. Workers will only be exposed to residual risks during
product discharge tasks, maintenance tasks and in case of malpractice.

13.1 Definitions.

Qualified personnel will be assigned to work with or on the machine depending on the nature
of the task (production, maintenance, repair, cleaning, etc.).
OPERATOR: An individual whose exclusive assignment is to handle the machine during
production.
HANDYMAN: An specialized operator who is in charge of interventions related to
maintenance operations on the machine under the customer
authorized by the same and after receiving a specific training course on the machine
operation. Electrical installation and maintenance operations will be carried out by a qualified
electrician, whereas mechanical maintenance will be assigned to an industrial mechanic.
