The machine power supply is provided by a lithium battery 43,2Vcc – 11,6Ah (Code 655) or 44V 17,5Ah
(Code 665) into the backpack. Thanks to a bipolar cable, it gives power to the electronic board contained
into the power unit.
The electronic circuit provides regulation of the working tension, so that the rotation speed of the engine
can be constant. At the start-up of the machine, the electronic system can detect if the switch on the
machine is closed or not, in order to avoid any accident in case the user turns on the battery and the
machine without releasing the switch.
Always turn off the switch every time you need to stop the machine or disconnect a cable. The functions
status is displayed through 5 Led, three of red colour, one yellow and one green:
• ON - green Led: indicates that the electronic circuit is properly connected.
• MOTOR - yellow Led: indicates that the engine is properly connected to the electronic circuit.
• SPEED/VELOCITA' - red Led: indicates which speed has been selected. Pushing once one of the
2 keys 1 or 2 you are selecting the desired speed (1=min; 2=max). Pushing twice the same
key the machine stops. To restart the machine, you have to put the switch located on the
machine in the OFF position and, after 5 seconds, put it in the ON position; the yellow led will
light up and the machine will start again. The lighted red led will indicate the speed that has
been selected.
• ALARM – Red Led:
fixed light means that the battery is off charge.

blinking light means that the battery voltage is becoming low.
o
if after charging the battery and having operated ON-OFF the main switch the red
o
light is still blinking, this requires the technical assistance provided in your territory.
IMPORTANT:
In the most part of the cases the speed 1 is enough to harvest olives, therefore we advise the usage of
this speed. In the rare event, instead, you need greater energy during the harvesting, it is possible to use
speed 2 for a limited period of time. The usage of speed 1 allow you to save both from the energy point
of view and also for the autonomy of the battery.
6. USE OF THE BATTERY

The battery is not supplied with the machine. Please make reference to the user manual of the battery
and the battery charger to get indications on the usage precautions, maintenance and charging
instructions.

Olive harvester Olytech Lithium Plus 655 is supplied with lithium battery 43,2V 11,6Ah (Code 655) or 44V
17,5Ah (Code 665) inserted in a dedicated backpack and connected either to the power supply or to the
battery charger alternatively (never simultaneously).
The machine must be used only with the original battery, to be charged using only the original battery
charger. Battery life depends on the working conditions and also on the charge status of the battery.
With full battery (100% charge), the machine can reach 4/5 hours (Code 655) or 6/7 hours (Code 665) of
continuous work depending on the conditions of use.
In order to charge the battery, use the automatic charger 100÷240V AC, provided in the standard
equipment, connecting it to the socket and, later, to the battery connector. Connecting the electrical
outlet, the red LED will turn on. The battery will be completely full only when the LED is green.
Charging time depends on the battery charge status. For the full charge, 4/5 hours (Code 655) or 5/6
hours (Code 665) are necessary. In case of need, it is occasionally possible to charge the battery
partially.
