7. Attach the outside back cover. The back tailgate upholstery cover attaches to the body using
fastening tape. Pull the outside back upholstery cover down tight and firmly press the fastening
tape on the outside back cover to the fastening tape on the bottom side of the rear rail. (F
8. Make the power supply connections with the following steps.
Remove power supply and 120-volt power cord from box and unwind cord.

Connect the 2-prong pin and blade motor connector located at the back of the unit to the power

9. Carefully remove the hand wand from between the arm and seat. Remove the packing material and lay
the hand wand across the seat, toward the front of the chair.
10. Proceed to the Glide Adjustment Instructions, followed by the Battery Backup Assembly Instructions.
