Before performing any installation or disassembly operation:
disconnect the electrical supply from the burner by
means of the main system switch.
DANGER
Close the fuel interception tap.
DANGER
The maintenance and calibration of the burner
should only be made by qualified and authorised
personnel in accordance with applicable laws and
DANGER regulations.
Dismantle the combustion head 1)(Fig. 1), the electrode group 2)
and the nozzle holder 3) from the standard burner.

Apply the label supplied with the kit in the area described in
Fig. 4.

For the installation proceed as follows Fig. 6
➤ install the new nozzle holder 4) reusing the original nut.
➤ Then screw the nozzle 5) and the original light oil feed pipe
with a tightening torque of 15 Nm.
Be sure to tighten the new nozzle to the collar of
the burner.
WARNING
➤ Install the new electrode group 6) making sure that the
measurement indicated in Fig. 5 is respected.

➤ Install the new head adjustment spindle 7) and the blast tube
8), taking care to secure it with screws to the burner.

With the use of the combustion head extension,
the burner can not take advantage of the hinge.
