2. Prepare the Site – Freestanding
Use the template provided with the riser tubes to mark the
location of the water supply lines from the bath drain.
Verify the distances between the centerlines of the holes according
to the dimensions above.
Drill the supply holes using a 1-5/8" drill bit or hole saw.
Insert the riser support through the holes. Secure to the subfloor
with eight wood screws (provided).
NOTE: To protect the riser support from debris when installing the
finished floor, position the thread protectors (provided) in the holes.
Install 1/2" water supply tubing. The total tubing height from the
finished floor with a 1/2" NPT male connector should be
21-9/16" (548 mm).
Install the finished floor.
Solder 1/2" NPT male copper connections to the water supply
lines. Verify the height to the top of these connections is 21-9/16"
(548 mm) from the finished floor.
Apply thread sealant to the male connection on each water
supply tube.
