The porcelain coated cast iron grilling grate allows you to
cook more items on your grill than would be possible using a
traditional grilling surface alone because it is compatible with
the STōK
Grilling Insert System.

Follow all instructions in your grill Operator's Manual as well as
the instructions provided on this sheet when using the grate.
InStallInG GRIllInG GRate
See Figure 1.
Before lighting the grill, place the grilling grate into the
firebox.
Be sure grilling grate is seated securely into grill firebox.
InStallInG / RemovInG InSeRt
See Figure 2.
Using the insert removal tool (if provided with your grill)
or heat-resistent oven mitts, lift and remove the grate
insert from your grill.

You may place a new insert, from the Grilling Insert System
(sold separately) in the hole from where the grate insert was
removed.
opeRatInG tIpS
Cook food on the grilling grate using a long-handled grill
utensil.
When food is done, carefully remove from the grilling grate
and place on a serving platter.
CleanInG the GRIllInG GRate
Allow the grilling grate and insert to cool completely.
Clean before and after each use with a stiff wire brush.
When not in use, store the grilling grate in your grill where
it will not be exposed to the elements.
