Product description
The electric vibrating hook, named StarBerry MD1 and power-supplied by a portable battery, is a product intended for
harvesting blueberries and other kinds of similar fruit.
The vibrating hook is fitted with a body (21) with an ergonomic hand grip, a gear box, an electronic speed controller, a
trigger (26) and a pole (29) with hooks (30). On the body (21) there are an ON-OFF button (22), driving the tool switching
on and off operations, the buttons +/- (24) and (25) to select the speed, which al-low to vary the pole (29) vibration frequency,
and a red led light (9), to check the on and off status.(1)
The body (21) is fitted with a connector (20) which joins the tool to the battery (1) by means of a power-supply cable (19).
The vibrating hook is power-supplied by a Li-Ion battery (1) inside a special backpack (12) to wear. At each restart the
system keeps the previously set frequency memorized. Moreover, the tool is fit-ted with a regenerative braking system, this
way reducing the consumption. On top of the hand grip body (21) it is possible to screw the pole (29) with hooks (30). These
are adjustable in width to ensure the best grip on the branches during the transmission of the alternative motion.
IMPORTANT!
In case of excessive efforts, a temporary stop of the tool could occur. This would be driven by the speed controller
in order not to damage the unit. It is indicated by a quick flashing of the tool red led light (23). The tool restarts
after having been removed from the branches and after having switched off and then on the tool ON-OFF switch
(22).
WARNING!
Please remember the tool was designed for the aim indicated in this manual.
