Safety devices
•
Built-in safety device: Stops the tool automatically in case of motor overheating.
•
Red led light (23): Indicates the tool is working.
•
Trigger guard (27): Prevents accidental activation of the trigger (26).
•
System self-switching-off: If the tool is not used for over 20 minutes and the charge is over 20%, or if it is not used for
5 minutes and the charge is lower than 20%, the battery (1) turns off. It can be turned on again by means of the
ON/OFF button

4.1
Start-up
•
Recharge the battery (1) by means of the battery charger (18) (see paragraph 5.3).
•
Apply the battery (1) to the backpack (12) following the instructions indicated below
•
Join the power-supply cable (19) to the power-supply connector (20) of the tool hand grip.
•
Join the tool to the battery (1) by means of the connector (5), making it pass through the loops (16).
•
Assemble the pole (29) onto the tool and adjust the hooks (30) position by means of the fixing screws (31).
•
Switch on the battery (1) by means of the ON-OFF button (8).
•
Switch on the tool by means of the ON-OFF button (22). Do not keep the trigger (26) pulled while switching the tool on.
•
The red led light (23) on the tool flashes.
•
Pull the trigger (26) and keep it pressed till the red led light (23) stops flashing and the tool starts working. This opera-
tion has to be repeated after every battery (1) switching on in order to "calibrate the system".
•
While keeping the trigger (26) pulled, select the right vibrating frequency using the buttons + (24) and – (25).
4.1.1
Installation of battery and components on backpack
•
Remove the backpack (12) and the battery (1) from their carrying case.
•
Insert the bracket (10) into the backpack window (12) (picture C).
•
Insert the belt through the loop (11) at the top of the battery (1) (picture B).
IMPORTANT!
If the backpack (12) is properly fitted, the connector (8) of the battery charger (18) can be reached without removing
the battery pack (1).
4.1.2
Left-sided tool operation configuration
The battery pack (1) is supplied with a shell (3) set for right-sided tool operation. To invert the shell (3), proceed as follows:

Unscrew the two screws (4).
-
Turn the shell (3) 180° without disconnecting the inner cable.

Tighten the two screws (4) repositioning the bracket (10) at the back of the battery (1).
