DISTRIBUTION or professionally qualified staff.
• In case of failure and/or malfunctioning of the appliance, turn it off and do not tamper
with it. For any repairs contact an assistance centre authorised by LANGE DISTRIBUTION
and ask for the use of original spare parts.
• At the end of the life-cycle of the appliance, put it out of service by cutting the
feeding cable after disconnecting the plug from the outlet. For the disposal of the
appliance follow the regulations which are valid in your place of residence.
• LANGE DISTRIBUTION cannot be considered responsible for any damage to persons,
animals or things caused by the incorrect installation or as a result of an illegitimate,
mistaken or unreasonable use.
USE INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT!
All assembly and disassembly operations must be carried out when the appliance is switched off.
The switch (5) must be on the "0" position.
The appliance must be unplugged from the outlet.
BEFORE USE
Clean all the parts coming into contact with food: dough hooks (7), ring beaters (6) and bowl (12).
See paragraph "Cleaning and maintenance".
MOUNTING AND DISMANTLING THE MIXER ON THE STAND

• Put the bowl (12) on its seat (11) and lower the arm (9) again.
• Mount the beater on the supporting arm (9) as follows:
- hold the beater and slide it into its seat (8) till it stops (
- mount the whisks (see paragraph MOUNTING WHISKS) and lower the supporting
arm (9).
Carry out the operations in reverse order for dismantling.
MOUNTING WHISKS
Lift the appliance and hook the two dough hooks (7) or the two ring beaters (6) to the motor unit
(1) by inserting them into the holes underneath the motor unit.
In case of dough hooks (4), make sure to insert the hook with the lock ring (A) into the larger hole
(Fig. 3).
