If the unit is connected to the Internet:
You can answer the question on your control box directly in the platform.
ATTENTION :
Each time the filter is removed, the control box will ask you if you have replaced the filter.
Answer YES only if you have placed a new filter, otherwise you risk disabling the unit
completely!

9. POWER FAILURE

In the event of a power failure from the mains, the unit will be reset to the last saved position in automatic or manual mode
as soon as the circuits are switched on again, except in the case of temporary mode (the unit will return to automatic or
manual mode according to the settings before switching to temporary mode).
It may happen that after a thunderstorm or a power surge in the circuits, the unit may not restart. In such a case, switch off
the power supply to the unit or the general power supply again for at least 1 minute and then switch it back on.
If the device is connected to the internet:
In the event of a power or mains failure, all equipment will restart automatically. Reconnection to the platform may take up to
two hours in some cases, but the machine will operate autonomously during this period.

10. IN CASE OF PROBLEMS

Do not hesitate to contact your installer.
11. GUARANTEE
The guarantee call must be made imperatively to MURPROTEC. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the contract.
Excluded from consideration shall be problems due to:
• Damage due to natural phenomena (lightning, floods etc...) or from water leaks.
• Shocks, abnormal variations in current voltages, failure to comply with the conditions of use.
• Modification of the original installation.
• Repair or intervention, other than filter replacement.
• The use of filters other than those intended for this appliance
• Modification of the filter.
• Failure to follow the instructions for use.
