Do not touch the inner part of the device with your hands or any utensils while

Never adjust food inside the device using your hands, a fork, or a spoon. Use
only the meat pusher for this purpose.

This device should not be used to grind dry or tough substances, or the blade
will lose its edge.

Any piece of meat that will be pushed through the throat must be boneless.
>
Make sure the meat contains no fibers or muscles to prevent this device from
locking up.
>
To prevent accidents, never use your fingers to scrape food off the grinding
plates while the device is powered on.
>
When using the device and you wish to stop it, do not simply pull the plug from
the outlet. First, make sure the ON/OFF switch (Lig./0/R) is set to "OFF" (0), and
then pull the plug from the electrical outlet.
>
If any type of blockage or clog occurs while the product is operating, the motor
will lock up automatically. To unblock the motor, set the Directional Switch
(L/R) to "Reverse Mode" (R), and then push "Reverse" (R) on the ON/OFF
switch (Lig./0/R). The motor will spin the blade in the opposite direction,
thereby unblocking the processor exit. If the blockage persists, repeat this
process until it has been cleared.
Note:
Do not use this product continuously for more than 1 minute. You may
use it for up to five consecutive 1-minute cycles separated by breaks
of at least 15 seconds. This represents 5 minutes of maximum running
time. After this time, let the motor rest and cool down for at least 30
minutes before resuming your work.

This device must only be used to grind meat and extrude dough. Do not use
it to grind any other material.
•
Check that the device's voltage is compatible with the local power outlet.
•
Clean the Device Body with a damp cloth.
•
Wash all removable parts (components and accessories) with water and mild
detergent. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth or paper towel.
•
Choose the accessories you wish to use based on your recipe or the desired
results.
•
Attach them in the order indicated in Figure 1.
•
Plug the power cord into the outlet.
•
Repeat this process every time your grinder goes unused for an extended
period of time.
